Shoulder, Neck and Head Massage: A clothed massage, focussing on common areas of muscular tension. Combining acupressure with Indian and Swedish massage techniques.

Hand, Arm and/or Foot Massage: This massage focuses on the commonly overworked joints and tendons of the hands and arms. Additionally, the hands and feet contain a high concentration of nerve endings and acupressure points relating to all areas of the body. Therefore the entire body and nervous system benefits from this massage.

Indian Head Massage: A clothed massage, concentrating on the upper shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Ayurvedic pressure points are used to de-stress and balance the whole body.

Swedish Massage: This massage uses oils. It releases accumulated muscular tension and reduces stress. Each treatment is tailored to the individual needs of the recipient.

Reflexology: A therapeutic foot or hand massage technique. It is based on the concept of pressure points in the feet relating to the organs and structures of the body. A treatment helps to balance the whole body and reduce stress.
